Single use of images is permitted for private use and display (at home, on the mantlepiece). Images in their raw or edited forms are not at any point by default permitted for commercial uses, be they public or private, without express permission from Earth Eye.
This project is supported by the founders to allow the general public access for free.
Commercial image licences fund this site and the time that goes into developing it.
Commercial interests must be declared prior to downloading images.
Failure to declare intention for commercial use will result in legal action.
